LUCAN SARSFIELDS’ CLUB NOTES MONDAY Nov 02nd 2015

Many thanks to all the Teams who sent in match reports this weekend.  Full details can be found on our website www.lucansarsfields.ie over 1500 players in action in the last week across all 4 codes from age 7 to 40+!

Our AGM will be held on 26th November 2015 in the function room all members are invited to attend.

Hard Luck to our U15 and Minor Ladies who lost their Championship finals at the weekend.  Well done to the U12 Hurlers who won their league and to the U13B Ladies Footballers who won their Championship Final.  The Senior footballers continued their drive for pormotion with 2 wins this week and the Intermediate Footballers retained their Division 4 status with a win over Parnells.

The Clubs Social Calender will have a new addition in 2016.  On Sunday January 17^th we will host “Lucan Sarsfields Leopardstown Leaps” at the racecourse.  A four course dinner followed by a superb day of national hunt racing will set the scene for a great day’s fun.  For further details contact Eoin on 0862734114.

LOTTO SPONSORSHIP: The annual Weekly Lotto Sponsorship is now due for renewal. We are appealing to businesses in and around Lucan to sign up to this popular advertising scheme. The rates are: 1 week €50, 2 weeks €90, 4 weeks €150 and 6 weeks €200. We are also appealing to Club members who have their own businesses to consider taking up the sponsorship.  Business details are printed on the weekly Lotto tickets for the number of weeks you sign up for. It is an ideal way of gaining broad sponsorship in the greater Lucan area while helping the Club to run its 70 teams or more. The Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club 25 Card Drive continues in the Clubhouse Bar every Friday 9.00pm Sharp.
