Lucan Sarsfields following Operation Transformation

Operation Transform Lucan - Let’s Get Lucan Walking

South Dublin County Council in partnership with South Dublin County Sports Partnership and Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club are starting an Operation Transformation Group in January 2015.  The programme will run alongside the TV show.  The Group will be open to both members and non-members of Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club, the entire community of Lucan is encouraged to sign up and participate.

Participants will be encouraged to use the Operation Transformation website, select a leader and follow their programme.
Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club will organise
Organised walks along safe routes around Lucan on Monday and Thursday nights
High Vis vest supplied
Track your weight loss (Confidential weekly weigh-in on Wed nights)
Expert Nutrition Talk & Advice
Expert Walking & General Fitness Speaker

Registration on Monday 5th January in Lucan Sarsfields Clubhouse, 7:30pm
