LUCAN SARSFIELDS’ CLUB NOTES MONDAY December 08th 2014

Many thanks to all the Teams who sent in match reports this weekend.  Full details can be found on our website www.lucansarsfields.ie over 1500 players in action in the last week across all 4 codes from age 7 to 40+!

Congratulations to our Minor A Camogie Team on their 5 in a row Championship win. Hard luck to our Minor B Hurlers and Camogie Team who lost out in their championship games at the weekend. The Hurlers had a hard fought Final against Na Fianna and were a puck of the ball away from clinching the title.  Our Minor B Camogie’s were up against a strong Cuala side and again were in contention right up to the final whistle.

Our U21 Footballers also exited the Championship at the weekend with a spirited display against a strong Raheny side. Best of Luck to our U21 Hurlers who are in action in the Championship A Final on Saturday 10:30am in O’Toole Park.

Our Christmas Draw Tickets are now on Sale with a total of 21 prizes, including €3,000 in cash.  This is a hugely important fundraiser for the Club and your support is hugely appreciated.

2015 Family Organisers on Sale

Lucan Sarsfields first ever Family Organiser is now on sale in the bar or from the U13 mentors.

The Organiser features top quality photographs of the Juvenile members up to age  13, and are ideal Christmas gifts for family and friends. If you haven't already seen the Organiser it is well worth checking it out.

All funds raised are for the 7 teams who will be representing the club in the Feile competitions early next year. All support greatly appreciated.

The Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club 25 Card Drive continues every Friday in the Clubhouse Bar.

Set dancing every Wednesday at 8:30pm all welcome.

The Club Shop is open on Saturday’s from12pm and Thursday evening from 7:30pm. 

Our Lucan District Credit Union Academy is on every Saturday at 1:30pm at the Clubhouse.

There was no winner of the €20,000 Lotto draw numbers were 1, 22, 23 and 24 or the €5,500 prize numbers 5, 11, 18 and 19.  This week’s 2 jackpots are €20,000 and €6,000. John Ryan Accountant
