LUCAN SARSFIELDS’ CLUB NOTES MONDAY November 10th 2014

Many thanks to all the Teams who sent in match reports this weekend.  Full details can be found on our website www.lucansarsfields.ie over 1500 players in action in the last week across all 4 codes from age 7 to 40+!

Congratulations to our Minor Ladies Football Team who won their Championship Final with a hard fought victory over Thomas Davis. Hard Luck to our Div 7 Football Team who lost out to St. Brendan’s by 2 points in their promotion playoff.

Our Annual Club Mass for deceased members will take place on Thursday 13^th November in the Clubhouse at 8pm.

2015 Family Organisers on Sale

Lucan Sarsfields first ever Family Organiser is now on sale in the bar or from the U13 mentors.

The Organiser features top quality photographs of the Juvenile members up to age  13, and are ideal Christmas gifts for family and friends. If you haven't already seen the Organiser it is well worth checking it out.

All funds raised are for the 7 teams who will be representing the club in the Feile competitions early next year. All support greatly appreciated.

Volunteers needed!

Looking for a way to help out in the Club?  The Events Committee is looking for volunteers to join the committee.  We run 3-4 events during the year and are looking for people with ideas to come on board.  The events do not have to be large scale, just social events to encourage members to use the Club facilities.  We meet approximately once a month and meetings are usually less than 1 hour.  If you are interested in joining the Committee or would like more information on what is involved, please contact Mary Flannery on 087 7469143.

The Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club 25 Card Drive continues every Friday in the Clubhouse Bar.

Set dancing every Wednesday at 8:30pm all welcome.

The Club Shop is open on Saturday’s from12pm and Thursday evening from 7:30pm. 

Our AGM is on Thursday 20^th November please make every effort to attend.

Our Lucan District Credit Union Academy is on every Saturday at 1:30pm at the Clubhouse and our walk in Academy is on in AGP Saturday at 10am.

There was no winner of the €20,000 Lotto draw numbers were 1, 7, 14 and 21 or the €3,500 prize numbers 5, 14, 18 and 26.  This week’s 2 jackpots are €20,000 and €4,000. O’Grady Hearing Services are sponsoring, with Mick Mulhall’s Team in charge.
