Healthy Club Committee

It was a huge honour to have our own Ollie Skehan and Audrey Kane from the Healthy Club Committee represent the Lucan Sarsfields at Croke Park during half time of the Tipp v Kilkenny semi-final. They spoke with Dáithí Ó Sé about the incredible impact of the Movember Ahead of the Game programme on our members’ mental health and wellbeing! Two great club representatives, well done for spreading such an important message.

Finding Charlie’s Voice

Finding Charlie’s Voice is a charity created to support children and young adults living with speech language and communication needs. Based in Lucan and with Charlie’s sister Sophie a player in the club this is a charity very close to home. In 2025 they were selected as one of the GAA’s official charity partners, and this Saturday, July 12th at the All Ireland Semi Final Football game in Croke Park, Finding Charlie’s Voice will be showcased in the match programme, and with promotional ad during half time as well as pitch side interviews! They have supported over 350,000 kids in schools and countless more in playing fields, pitches, parks and tracks. This is an enormous day for the charity! They have asked that if anyone from the club is at the match, they would love to see and hear from you if you see them(and tag them on insta @finding_charlies_voice )

We welcome both members and non-members of all abilities. All our camps are dual football and camogie/hurling, hurls and helmets can be provided if needed. This year alongside our camp jersey each child attending will also receive a Lucan Sarsfields Camp sliotar! We would like to thank Keane Windows for their continued support of our camps.
