One of the standout juvenile games of the weekend was U14 Football who were up against the unbeaten Erins Isle. Playing into a wind, Lucan had a poor start trailing by 7 points before clawing their way back to lead by two at the half. The second half was a different affair, after Lucan increased their lead by a few goals they all seemed to grow a foot taller and finished with a 27 point margin 7:18 to 0:12.

Senior Hurlers fell short by two points away to Kilmacud Crokes, while the Junior Hurlers fell further short against Na Fianna. Next up for the seniors is a home encounter against St Oliver Plunketts on the 24/6 6:30pm. Earlier in the week, Junior A Hurlers has a win over Commercials.
