Happy New Year to all Members, we wish all players, managers, coaches, volunteers and our sponsors every success in 2018.


Volunteer Night

We would like to invite you to the Club’s annual Volunteer appreciation night on Saturday night, 6th January. Please feel free to bring parents or friends who supported our Club through the year. Food will be provided and we will have a guest speaker on the night. It is always is a good night and we look forward to seeing you there.


ABC

We are, in association with ABC Gym, are trialling a new initiative to provide club subsidised S&C training to all Adult playing members for an initial trial period of 3 months. The Cost can be less that €3 per session. Full details available from team Managers. Download ABC app for bookings.


Congratulations to Laura Quinn on making the Dublin Minor Ladies Football Panel and also to Abby Shiels, Aoife Coffey and Caitlin Maguire who have been named in the U16 Panel.


Well done to all players who represented the Club in Dubs Star matches across the festive period, particularly those who were making their Dublin debuts.


The Club wishes all players who will be representing the club on county duty in the year ahead all the best. Also the best of luck to those involved with Dublin in adult management set-ups, Ken Robinson Ladies Football, Fintan Clandillon U21 Hurling ,Gerald Gleeson Minor Football , Joe Leonard, Ollie Mahon , Georgina McClelland Minor Camogie, Michael O’Grady and Martina McGilloway Senior Camogie.


Dinner Dance 

Back by popular demand, it's the Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club Annual Dinner Dance on Sat 3rd Feb 2018. Tickets €30 each on sale from any of the committee members (Mary Flannery and Josephine Donohue). Tickets are limited so don't leave it too late to get yours for the social event of the year!


25 Card Drive continues every Friday 9pm. Caters for all levels, beginners welcome.


The ‘Cúpla Focal’ club is on Mondays 8pm to 9.00pm.


 Bingo is on Wednesdays 8:30pm and is attracting allot more players.


Lucan District Credit Union Academy is on Saturdays @ 9:30am for Girls and 10am for boys (5+) and recommences after the break on Saturday the 16th January.


Lotto 

Last week there was no winner of the €17,000 lotto where the numbers were 4, 9, 14, 21. This week’s €17,400 lotto draw will be managed by Josephine Donohue and is sponsored by Carey’s Newsagents . Tickets can be purchased online, at the club, in Carey’s Newsagents, in Vesey Arms or Kenny’s Bar.
