The death has occurred of Lucan Sarsfields former football mentor and long standing club member, Jim McCarthy.  Jim was Club Person of the Year(1992) and inducted in to the Lucan Sarsfields Hall of Fame in 2004. He was until recently an active member of the Lotto team. Jim was a true gentleman and will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.
