The 2019 Awards Night was held in the club on Saturday Evening 1st February. Full Report Here


The Club would like to express our gratitude to Viv in Diamond and Gem Jewellers, (Unit 11, Tesco Shopping Centre) for her patience and fantastic effort made to ensure all the engraving was completed in time.


Our sincere condolences to the Cavanagh family on the loss of Una, grandmother to James, Junior B Hurling.


Condolence also to the Drum and Kavanagh families on the loss of Bridie Drum, mother of Colette, mother-in-law to Noel Kavanagh and grandmother to Jenny and David (Adult Hurling)


The 2020 season got under way for CCC2 on Sunday 2nd Feb, when our three U15 Football teams had their first league outings, The A’s played out a draw at home to Thomas Davis, 2-10 to 4-4, the B’s succumbing to Parnells in Chanel and the C’s losing to Na Fianna B’s 4-3 to 5-8.


This weekend, the U12, U13 and U16 footballers are in action, 



Well done to Chris Crummey and the Dublin Senior Hurlers who won their second League Fixture against Laois in Parnell Park on Sunday 2nd Feb



There are some fantastic prizes on offer in the GAA National Club Draw, including the top prize of a brand new Renault Clio. Tickets priced at €10 each may be purchased in the clubhouse, 12th Lock Café or from any team mentor. For more details see here

Entries must be in to the club before 21 Feb and the draw takes place on  March 12th 2020.


We’re off to Leopardstown on Sunday 1st  March for our Annual Raceday, Starting with a champagne reception in the club before boarding the bus to Leopardstown for an great afternoon of racing, including a four course meal in the 1888 Suite, and the services of a professional tipster. Membership is OPEN for 2020 and can be paid in six monthly instalments via the website or ClubForce App (available from the google play or apple app store). Unregistered players will not be allowed to train or play as they will not be covered by the Injury Fund.

There has been a lot of publicity recently regarding GDPR, messaging applications and the implications. We are currently setting up the teams for messaging using the ClubForce app, please download the app and get ready to be messaged!


Club Lotto Now at €20K: There was no winner of the Lotto Jackpot held on 30th January 2020. The numbers drawn were 3, 9, 24 and 28. Club Shop Opening hours,: Thursdays 7:30-8.30pm and Saturdays 10am-1pm.


The Twelfth Lock Café our Club Community Café is open Mon – Fri 6:30-9pm. Sat & Sun 9.30am to 1.30pm.


The Lucan Credit Union Academy is on Saturday Mornings, 9.30am for girls, 10am for boys.


Cúpla Focal Club is every Monday, time 8pm-9pm, two groups, beginners and advanced, learn to speak Irish in a fun way. interested? Fáilte roimh cách.


GAA for All (SARS Stars) is every Tuesday 5.15-6pm in Scoil Mhuire. This provides training for children with disabilities age 5-12. Newcomers always welcome.


Zumba Classes are on Tuesdays 8PM
