11th Feb  2006   U12 F Lucan A  5-11 v Ballyboden B 3-1

Lucan continued their impressive start to the season. Both sides exchanged early scores with C. Carberry kicking 2-3 in the first half.  Lucan led 3-4 to 3-1 at half time. Lucan completely dominated the second half scoring 2-7 without reply. Lucan defenders B. Mahon, R. Flynn and C. Cuggy played well in front of the safe hands of keeper D. O’Connor.  Up front C. Shortt, J. Malone, S. Breen and S. Ryan all had a good game.

4th Feburary 2006  Kilmacud C 2-2 v Lucan Sarsfields A 8-5 

Lucan started their Division 2 campaign with a clear-cut away win over Kilmacud.  Lucan lead early and were ahead by 2 points when Kilmacud struck with a goal.  Lucan battled their way back and led by 2-2 to 1-0 at half time. Lucan took control in the second half with scores from Peter Boyle, Philip Smith, James Hallissey and Larry Jordan.  Daire Hassett and Michael Maher played well at half-back but man of the match for Lucan was defender Marc Maxwell who spoiled many Kilmacud attacks. The team would like to wish Robert Madden and Cian Hurley a speedy recovery from recent injuries.
