Lucan Under 8s' put in a great display this weekend both at home to Templeogue Synge Street and away to Thomas Davis. With the two games against Templeogue they had a combined score of 135 to Templeogues 62. A massive performance from all players including Jack Shannon and Eanna Torsney who dominated in midfield, with the help of Niall Moynihan who put over some wonderful scores. Zach Meade and Aidan Flynn kept the ball moving at all times insuring scores against them were kept to a minimum. Meanwhile on the other home team Luke Walsh, Colm Walsh, Emmet Allen and Ben Coffey with the rest of their team showed great ball skills to keep the opposition at bay and bring home another victory.  

        Over in Tallaght against Thomas Davis scores were a bit harder to come by with a closer finish but Lucan eventually came out on top with  Lucan winning by 90 to Thomas Daviss' 78. Lucan used their possession to full advantage taking score after score with great accuracy. Among the players on the Lucan team were Robert Ward, Ciaran Keane and Alan Murphy working the ball to each other and providing Lucan with another victory.

        With their first season together these teams by keeping up their hard work at training should go from strength to strength. Well done to all involved and keep up the good work.
